He spoke about how luxury hospitality works and the challenges that have arisen as a result of the pandemic, how much innovation is required to stay ahead of the competition and in the game. In addition, he discussed how hotels market and position themselves.
He told the students how important it is for hotels to satisfy their customers and provide them with the best experiences possible for them to remain loyal to the brands. He emphasized that to work in the hospitality industry, one must have the passion and enthusiasm to interact with customers and attend to their minor needs. The session gave the students a good understanding of the Hospitality sector.
