Industry Exposure

Masterclass

The students will have an opportunity to learn from the Leaders & Experts about the journey in the Luxury industry. How Luxury brands have their successes and failures to learn from, much like how Rome was not built in a day! This additional knowledge session will be extremely beneficial to aspiring luxury leaders.

Industry Visits

We believe in Real-time luxury exposures of the Indian and Western Luxury Market.

Here, students have the opportunity to visit and discover various small and large-scale industries. Industry visits are all about gaining hands-on experience.

Some visits in the past were to the Yves-Saint Laurent exhibit, Louis Vuitton Foundation and Musée du Louvre, etc

Career Advancement

Through the INSD program, students gain the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing world. A global design and innovation hub, students collaborate with peers, industry partners, and communities from all over the world. All INSD industry partners share the mission of preparing and inspiring students to make a positive difference in the world through their work with INSD.

To name a few brands that we are associated with: The Global Luxury Group; Porsche, Jaipur Rugs, Mont Blanc, La Polo, The Dram Attic, WeddingSutra, Kamakhyaa, Vogue, and many more.

Paris Project

For the 2019 batch that opted for the study tour it was a Summer of Fashion. The program not only helped them explore Paris through the eyes of designers but also got them to collaborate and work with Parisian students. They attended workshops and classes and toured the country to meet various designers and get insights on their work.

The Paris Program

A 14 day program where the group visited Paris, Nice, French Riviera, Cannes, Monte Carlo and Grasse (Prefume Capital of the World) Several workshops and meets were planned in each of these cities including workshops on innovation, image makeover and iconic bags. The students also got a free day to visit Disney World and relive their childhood.

The Research Project

The attending students complied a project report on “The Styles of Paris” These reports were a wonderful example of students showcasing their experience. It also showed how they had evolved during the Paris tour and their design thinking matured.
